The elegance of fruit and color
Our Brut Rosé Premier Cru is based on the same foundation as our Brut Carte d’Or Premier Cru cuvée, enhanced by the addition of approximately 10% red wine made from Pinot grapes.
This red wine is carefully vinified using a classic method of total destemming and a few days of maceration, during which several punch-downs are performed daily. This technique, which involves reintegrating the skins into the juice, allows for the extraction of a beautiful color and intensifies the aromas.
The result is a light and fruity red wine, whose bright color enhances our rosé champagne, characterized by an elegant salmon hue. On the nose, this champagne reveals expressive red fruit aromas, which continue on the palate with a lovely fruity intensity. The Brut Rosé Premier Cru captivates both with its visual charm and the richness of its aromatic expression. Both refined and indulgent, it offers a unique experience, perfect for those seeking an exceptional rosé champagne.
